How To Buy
Step #1 – Get Your Free Quote
There are many resources on our site including an Installation & Design Manual and Installation Video. Once you have explored the site and determined which radiant panel is the right solution, you are ready to Get a Free Quote or call us.
Complete the form and we will provide a budget quotation for your project. By attaching your plans, we can be more accurate. Alternately, you can reach us by email at sales@ecowarmradiantheat.com.
Step 2 – Work With Our Design Team to Generate a Board Layout
When you have determined the panel that best fits your project, email us the most recent set of your project plans if we do not already have them and call us at 866-341-1854 8am-5pm central time or email sales@ecowarmradiantheat.com to let us know that you are ready to move forward with a design layout. We will arrange for a design payment link and introduce you to your design team. Normally this will include a design consultation regarding zoning, manifold locations and floor coverings so your designer has all the project details. You should expect to receive your completed layout within 1-3 weeks depending on complexity. For those who need it we do offer full mechanical design at a higher cost through a very experienced mechanical engineering firm we have worked with for many years.
Step 3 – Approval & Order
Once you have reviewed and approved your design, you will be emailed a plan set and sent an invoice with a payment link.
Step 4 – Delivery to Jobsite:
Our panels are sold factory-direct from Oregon. WBI will now charge tax when required under the new complex matrix of thresholds and state rules as a result of the recent Supreme Court Ruling. Freight to your job site is listed in your quotation. Freight will be estimated in your quote. If special freight services are requested at the time of order, your freight estimate may be adjusted.

Delivery Lead Times?
When you are 30 days from when you will require your radiant panel shipment, contact us. This will ensure that we will have your panels ready when the time comes. Within 7 days of needing your shipment, contact us for final shipping arrangements.
Payment Methods?
Prior to your FOB shipment, you will need to sign and return the quote we have sent to accept our Terms of Sale. We will then provide a payment link with login details. There you can then complete your purchase using a Visa or Mastercard.

How Many Products in a Typical Design?
Ecowarm is designed for easy installation, there are only two SKUs; most jobs require a mix of approximately 60%/40% Straights and Super-combos. See specification page for details.
