Ecowarm® RadiantBoard® EPS is typically installed by the general contractor, but can be installed by homeowners with proper tools and basic carpentry skills. A licensed radiant floor heating mechanical or plumbing contractor should install the heat source, distribution piping, pumps, controls, etc. Follow all local and state codes for permitting and installation.

What kind of radiant tubing should I use?

We recommend durable 1/2″ PEX tubing that fits securely in the grooved channels for efficient heat transfer.
