We are of the opinion that builders and owner-builders should rely on local experienced mechanical contractors for supply, installation, and servicing of the mechanical portion of the radiant system that comprises the heat source, the controls, pumps, piping, etc. While clients and builders can be attracted to the idea of one one-stop “appliance” mechanical solution of online vendors, experience says that having a local radiant contractor familiar with trusted mechanical brands and able and willing to install and to SERVICE the system on short notice is very valuable.  We do not compete with radiant mechanical contractors by selling mechanical systems directly to general contractors as some of our competitors do. We do refer certain clients in very remote locations to trusted mechanical package suppliers if radiant mechanical contractors are not present
